Safe And Secure is a Florida licensed assisted living facility (#9977) that has been licensed since 2000. Safe And Secure is an eight-bed facility designed to care for
residents who need a higher level of care in a home-like environment. It is a 2,500 square foot facility that has 4 bedrooms that can be either private or semi-private
bedrooms. Safe And Secure is located at 3091 Skyline Drive, Crestview, FL, conveniently close to emergency and non-emergency services, including the North
Okaloosa Fire Department, Okaloosa County EMS, Bob Sikes Aviation Airport, as well as North Okaloosa Medical Center. The following services are provided at

Safe And Secure is a Private Pay and Medicaid Facility. Other sources of funding that Safe And Secure accepts are from long-term care insurance payments and VA

At this time, I would like to introduce you to our staff at Safe And Secure! Because it is a small facility, all staff must be able to not only take care of our residents, they must
also cook, clean, meet with family members and other third-party entities, and handle any other issues that come up during the course of a day. There are two 12-hour shifts;
7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. During the day, there are two Resident Aides on staff; at night, there is one Resident Aide on staff. For our residents who need their medication administered to them, our nurse(s) come over to Safe And Secure from Carington Manor on a daily basis to make sure they receive their medications. The Administrator and Owner are on
call 24 hours a day.
